I am truly blessed to be able to do what I do. I believe there is no greater title than Pastor. I am excited about what God is doing here at College Corner.  I know God has great things ahead for us all. If you are looking for a church home and you live in the area, please come visit us at CCC. We are on fire and ready for whatever God calls us to do. My testimony, well I was raised with Christian parents and a Christian family. Through the influence of my parents, I was saved at a young age. I remember that Sunday as if it were yesterday. I was in Sunday School and I knew I needed to have Jesus live in my heart. That afternoon after church I knelt in front of a large Oak tree in our front yard and ask Jesus to forgive me and live in my heart. From this day forward I was different, I knew God sent His son to die on the cross that I may be saved and on my way to heaven.

I knew God had a plan for my life, All through my school years I witnessed and helped start “Teens for Christ” in my schools. At youth camp I answered the call on my life at the age of 15 . I preached in youth conferences, local churches and wherever God opened the door.  My senior year of high school I strayed from God’s perfect will. Through my raising and youth group I knew where to turn and how to find my way home. Later my marriage ended in divorce .Nobody wants to go through divorce, but it happens. This time in my life I was down, I had a hard time dealing with being away from my daughter. I had a friend at work who asked me about going on what they called the “Emmaus Walk”. For a couple of days I was able to spend time reflecting on God and I. There were things I was carrying around that I did not need to carry. This one on one time with God gave me the opportunity to reflect. I was able to leave the hurt and burdens that I was carrying at the foot of the cross and gain Victory. Thís was a turning point in my life, from there I was able to preach and begin to start sharing what God had done for me and in my life.

 I believe God allows us to go through things to help others who are going through the same. I can relate to people who have gone through divorce at a young age. I sit in amazement of the beauty of God, His wonderful Grace ,and Love that makes everyday possible. The thought of His sending His only begotten Son for me !!! I have made so many mistakes, yet He still loves me. He says come on home son, I love you.

I was saved at a young age, got off the path in my teen years and found my way back home. This has allowed me to see what an awesome and wonderful God we serve. There should not be a day, an hour, or a moment, go by that we do not think about what He has done for us. I am so unworthy, a sinner on my way to hell, saved by His powerful Grace. I am so unworthy and undeserving. I would not live a day without Him, He is my Lord and Savior and I would not change a thing. I look forward to seeing what He has in store for my life and where He wants me to go, I will go…
